1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VectorQuit Health platform, associated catalog, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access restricted areas. Prohibited activities include unauthorized scraping, distribution of malware, or any illegal conduct under applicable law.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases made through the catalog are final thirty days after delivery unless otherwise noted in the product details. Prices are displayed in USD. You consent to electronic delivery of receipts. Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party providers. Refunds are issued only for defective or unfulfilled orders and require contact within 14 days via our contact form.
4. Intellectual Property & Content
All materials, curriculum, guides, and design assets on VectorQuit Health remain the exclusive property of VectorQuit Health and its licensors. You may download and use purchased resources for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial republication is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
VectorQuit Health provides education and structured pathways to a smoke-free life. We do not offer medical advice, diagnose, or prescribe. Results vary. We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the item or service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content will cease immediately. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within San Francisco County.
